Booking, Payment, and Order Confirmation Terms
Budget Estimate
The prices displayed in the interactive service calculator on the website are preliminary estimates based on the information and variables entered. They do not constitute a binding contract until we contact you and confirm the actual requirements of the project.
Photography Service Booking Confirmation
A booking for an event photography session or commercial project is not considered confirmed until the official agreement is signed, or the order is electronically confirmed, and the agreed-upon deposit is paid. The deposit represents part of the total service fee.
Payment of Outstanding Amounts
The remaining balance of the service fee must be paid according to the payment schedule specified in the official project agreement.
Photography Service Modification and Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
The client may request to change the date of a photography session or event coverage at least 48 hours before the agreed-upon date. The new date will be subject to the availability of the relevant specialized team.
Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel the booking entirely, Heyam Lens reserves the right to retain the paid deposit to cover the costs associated with reserving the team and equipment, as well as any lost business opportunities, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the control of both parties.
Work Process and Deliverables
The editing, photo retouching, and video color grading process takes approximately 3 to 7 business days for commercial projects and platform content, and 5 to 10 business days for major events and occasions, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The client may request minor modifications to the final deliverables, such as adjusting specific colors or cropping angles, within 5 days of receiving the work. Such modifications do not include reshooting or changing the previously agreed-upon creative direction or visual identity.
Intellectual Property Rights and Content Usage
All intellectual and original rights to photographs and video footage captured by Heyam Lens remain the property of Heyam Lens. The client is granted a full license to use the deliverables for the agreed-upon purposes, whether personal or commercial.
Heyam Lens reserves the right to use selected photographs or footage from public events and commercial projects in its portfolio or on its official social media accounts to showcase the quality of its work, unless the client requests in writing that the content not be published at the time of signing the contract, particularly for personal and private events.
Training Program Registration Terms
Seats for in-person training courses are limited. A trainee’s seat is not considered confirmed until the full course fee has been paid.
Intellectual Property of Educational Materials
All curricula, files, and training materials provided during the courses are the exclusive property of Heyam Lens. Copying, reproducing, republishing, or using these materials for other commercial or training purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability and Applicable Laws
Heyam Lens shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, sudden government decisions, or unforeseen technical failures. In such cases, we will coordinate with the client to arrange the most suitable alternative date or refund any amounts paid for services or portions of the work that were not completed.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions.
Updates to the Terms and Conditions
Heyam Lens reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
